　　Tianjin Gongkan Testing Technology Development Co., Ltd., an independent legal entity established in May 2009, is a comprehensive testing unit mainly engaged in highway and bridge testing, pile foundation testing, building material inspection, construction site quality testing, production and leasing of engineering testing equipment, engineering technical consulting services, and the transformation and testing of engineering and technological research results. On April 23, 2010, it passed the first metrological certification review; on February 10, 2010, it passed the Ministry of Transport's comprehensive Class C highway engineering certification; on February 10, 2011, it passed the Ministry of Transport's Class C to Class B highway comprehensive certification upgrade; on August 8, 2012, it obtained pile foundation special testing qualifications; and on January 14, 2014, it obtained witnessed sampling and structural special testing qualifications. It currently has 36 testing technicians, including 7 senior technicians, 15 intermediate technicians, and 9 junior technicians. All testing personnel are certified; 128 sets of testing equipment; total fixed assets exceeding 10 million yuan; and departments including mechanics, cement, cement concrete, asphalt, asphalt concrete, chemistry, geotechnical, aggregate, relaxation, standard curing, and field inspection, with a testing area of 1500 m2, capable of undertaking all specified testing projects. In recent years, the company has undertaken the establishment of multiple construction site laboratories and numerous on-site testing projects. Construction site laboratories include: the No. 1 construction site laboratory of the Tianjin-Han Highway Engineering project; the No. 8 contract construction site laboratory of the Northeast section adjustment project of the Outer Ring Road; and the construction site laboratory of the No. 1 contract project management department of the Rong-Wu Expressway XinKou Interchange project. On-site testing projects include: Tang-Lang Expressway, Jing-Qin Expressway, and the north and south sections of Ji-Shan Expressway. The company has also undertaken the load-bearing capacity and integrity testing of cement mixing piles, concrete cast-in-place piles, and CFG piles for multiple large-scale expressway projects, including the Tianjin Development Zone Huang Hai Road Road Reconstruction Project, the Tianjin Development Zone Nan Hai Road (Xin Gang No. 4 Road~Hai Tong Street) Road Reconstruction Project, the No. 1 project of the Tianjin-Han Expressway, the Mi-Zhuo Expressway Project, the Ji-Shan Expressway Project, the Jing-Qin Expressway Project, and sections 6, 7, and 8 of the Quyang to Suning section of the Hebei Qu-Gang Expressway, accumulating rich technical data and testing experience.
