Pile foundation detection

　　Tianjin Gongkan Testing Technology Development Co., Ltd., an independent legal entity established in May 2009, is a comprehensive testing unit mainly engaged in highway and bridge testing, pile foundation testing, building material inspection, construction site quality testing, production and leasing of engineering testing equipment, engineering technical consulting services, and the transformation and testing of engineering and technological research results. On April 23, 2010, it passed the first metrological certification review; on February 10, 2011, it passed the Class B comprehensive highway certification of the Ministry of Transport; on August 8, 2012, it obtained the pile foundation special testing qualification; and on January 14, 2014, it obtained the witnessing sampling and structural special testing qualification. In October 2021, the company passed the national high-tech enterprise certification. It currently has 59 testing technicians, including 13 senior technicians, 26 intermediate technicians, and 20 junior technicians. All testing personnel are certified; 128 sets of testing equipment; total fixed assets exceeding 10 million yuan; and departments including mechanics, cement, cement concrete, asphalt, asphalt concrete, chemistry, geotechnical, aggregate, relaxation, standard curing, and field inspection, with a testing area of 3000 m², capable of undertaking all specified testing projects. In recent years, our company has undertaken the establishment of multiple construction site laboratories and numerous on-site testing projects. Construction site laboratories include: Tianjin-Han Highway Project Construction Site Laboratory; Outer Ring Road Northeast Line Adjustment Project Construction Site Laboratory; and Rongwu Expressway XinKou Interchange Project Manager's Office Construction Site Laboratory. On-site testing projects include: Tanglang Expressway, Jingqin Expressway, and the north and south sections of Jishan Expressway. The company has also undertaken the load-bearing capacity and integrity testing of cement mixing piles, concrete cast-in-place piles, and CFG piles for multiple large-scale expressways, including the Tianjin Development Zone Huanghai Road Road Reconstruction Project, Tianjin Development Zone Nanhai Road (Xingang No. 4 Road~ Haitong Street) Road Reconstruction Project, Tianjin-Han Expressway Project, Mi-Zhuo Expressway Project, Jishan Expressway Project, Jingqin Expressway Project, and Hebei Qu-Gang Expressway, accumulating rich technical data and testing experience.
